Cuemon 2.7.2014.1382

This package has no dependencies.

This is a minor release that contains some improvements, several bug fixes and a few new exiting features.
The following work was completed for this release:

- New class, HttpWebRequestSettings, in the Cuemon.Net.Http namespace that specifies a set of features to support the HttpWebRequest object
- New class, NameValueCollectionUtility, in the Cuemon.Collections.Specialized namespace that provides a set of concrete static methods for supporting the Cuemon.Collections.Generic.EnumerableUtility class

- New method, IsDebugBuild, on the AssemblyUtility class in the Cuemon namespace
- New method, ContainsHeader, on the NetHttpUtility class in the Cuemon.Net.Http namespace
- New method, ParseWith, on the ConvertUtility class in the Cuemon namespace
- New method, RawUrl, on the HttpRequestUtility class in the Cuemon.Web namespace
- New method, Redirect, on the HttpResponseUtility class in the Cuemon.Web namespace

- Improved the XsltPage class in the Cuemon.Web.UI namespace to support local XML resolvement hence bypassing external lookup if possible; also added better exception handling when a transformation fails for some reason
- Improved the HandleHtmlRelatedContentParsing method on the GlobalModule class in the Cuemon.Web namespace to support better override flexibility
- Improved the IsTransientFault method on the SqlDataManager class in the Cuemon.Data.SqlClient namespace to better pinpoint transient related exceptions
- Improved the CreateTransactionScope method on the TransactionUtility class in the Cuemon.Transactions namespace to support new overloads

- Fixed the static method SanitizeCharacterData on the XmlUtility class in the Cuemon.Xml namespace to not process input if null or empty
- Fixed the static method Remove on the StringUtlity class in the Cuemon namespace to return input if null or empty instead of throwing an ArgumentNullException
- Fixed the Months property on the DateSpan structure in the Cuemon namespace to display a max. of 12 months
- Fixed the Delete and Demote method on the EntityDataAdapter class in the Cuemon.Data.Entity namespace to correctly walk through the inheritance chain
- Fixed the core constructor on the CacheValidator class in the Cuemon.Caching namespace to support a checksum strength of none

- Renamed and improved the FirstOrDefault method on the DictionaryUtility class to FirstMatchOrDefault in the Cuemon.Collections.Generic namespace

- Refactored the NetHttpUtility class in the Cuemon.Net.Http namespace to reflect the changes introduced with the new HttpWebRequestSettings class
- Refactored the NetWatcher class in the Cuemon.Net namespace to reflect the changes introduced with the new HttpWebRequestSettings class
