New Features
* Removes prompting for the license key from the install process. In a recent release of the Microsoft Azure Portal an update has been made so that users can go to the WebSite Project in the portal > Configuration > Developer Analytics and either choose the New Relic add on there or simply add a license key. All previous methods of using the license key still work but this feature allows a "no touch" package-install for Azure Web Sites
