- Updates the profiler / agent to the latest build

- Fixes issue with Oracle.DataAccess.Client.OracleCommand instrumentation where some of the overloads were getting bypassed
- Fixes issue where some database transactions were not getting properly traced

NOTE: for the BETA, if you are using NuGet 2.5+ please make sure to choose to overwrite (Y) the newrelic.config file with the one that has been provided in this release.
